Best Mexican Food in China! What a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant serving home-made tortilla chips and fresh salsa ... in Xiamen! Since I'm originally from LA, cravings for Mexican food while traveling in China were never satisfied until I ate at the Xiamen Coyote Cafe. My colleague from India also wanted me to tell you he enjoyed his Chimichanga, discovering a new taste for him. Thanks Ron and Tiffany ... Looking forward to next trying your fish-tacos. -Kenn

Wonderful dining experience in a authentic Tex/Mex restaurant. Food was asthestically pleasing as it was delicious and flavored to perffection. The dinner/wine combination was excellent. Our group will certainly return the next time we visit Xiamen.
