Our Christmas Party was GREAT! Thanks to the staff at The Coyote !!! Per our Special request it was a traditional Christmas Dinner with Turkey with all the fixings.. with some exceptional twists...

Hi Ron, Tiffany and Baird, What a great experience at Coyote. You have created a very warm atmosphere and comfortable experience for everyone to enjoy. Being from Southern California and so close to Mexico, with all the great Mexican restaurants, I was really curious, just how authentic, Coyoteâ??s menu would be. Well you have far exceeded what is being done here in SoCal and added a very special twist. From the first bite of the Nachoâ??s, to the Calamari (with special dipping sauce), to the great Taco Salad, all were wonderful and unique. The long Island Iced Teas and Mojitos were excellent and Tiffanyâ??s special cheesecake topped off dinner just right. Iâ??m sure it wonâ??t be long before we will be seeing more Coyotes dotted around China and maybe if weâ??re lucky; weâ??ll see one in SoCal real soon??? Very best to you all, Alan

The restaurant gives a nice and 'easy going' feeling and the ambiance in no doubt comes from Ron and Baird with their unfluttered and "can do" attitide. I hope to partake in a few get togethers and slowly move through the menu with friends and have one of the fine selection of wines whilst dining. Wishing you all a good future. Ben

Food was Great !!!! Was concerned about the Black Beans (I usually don't like them)... But the way they are preparded (refried).... was Great!!! If you like Mexicn food this is the place to go to in Xiamen
